FAQ

Q: How do I use the alternate icons?

A: Download the zip file above. Extract it wherever you like. Open the plugin configuration and drag and drop one icon for each state onto the icon field. Press the dots below the icon field and replace the second one the same way.

Q: I have the Discord Server ID, but don't have the JSON API URL.

A: The JSON API URL is as follows: https://discord.com/api/guilds/<server id>/widget.json

Replace <server id> with your Discord Server ID.

Discord Member Count

  • Option 1: Shows the number of members online on a server.

  • Option 2: Shows just the number of members online in voice channels on a server.

  • Pressing the button will show the Discord Server Widget.

  • You do not need to have the Discord application open for the plugin to work.

Setup

  • Open Discord and right click on the server. Select Server Settings > Widget.

  • In the Server Widget settings, enable the server widget.

  • Copy the JSON API setting.

  • In the Streamdeck plugin configuration, paste the JSON API from the Discord server into Discord Server's JSON API URL field.

  • Set the interval that you would like the the plugin to update. (60 seconds is recommended).

  • Choose whether you want to see ALL members connected to the server OR just those members who are in Voice Channels on the server.
